The sites are 15miles from Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga. All of the tracts listed are complete with erosion controls.
Tract 1 - "A" contains 5ac. commercial lot, shown on map. It joins the other
four lots / parcels. It is elevated and served by two access roads, Highview Blvd.,
on the scenic east side, and a service road on its west boundary .
It provides an excellent view of the I-75, and south-Cleveland Developments, as well as the southern portion of the Appalachian Mountains some 30 miles away. It will accommodate almost any type of commercial developments.
Lot two or "B" is a one acre ground level site, facing totally on Pleasant Grove Road with its access driveway only about 300 feet from I-75 exit 20. It is prime for a fast food restaurant or convenience store.
The next site is "C". It is adjacent to "B" and also fronting totally on Pleasant Grove Road. This one acre site is slightly elevated with great access. This too is an excellent site for a business.
Lot "D" is a five acre site immediately west of "C" but it is lower than its eastern neighbor. This level tract has a 50 foot buffer strip along its west side. It is a good site for a commercial strip center, office complex, apartments or other such uses

Winthrow and Pleasant Grove Road. This is a good commercial corner lot.
