These outstanding properties are owned and being prepared by Trotters Place Inc.
Bill Sanders, has guided Trotters Place in many successful developments over the past 30 years.
Bill, as a City Planner with vast experience, has an eye for value and always includes special features in his developments.
Some of these include high-rise apartments in Georgia, Alabama, western New York, North Carolina, South Carolina
and Tennessee, culminating in over 10,000 units at the height of development.
More recent developments include an elite climate controlled storage facility @ i75 exit 20 in Cleveland TN, an award winning
large lot residential development (Highgate) in North Hamilton county TN, a 162 acre superb development on the
Hiwassee River at exit 36 - i-75, Walmart, Home Depot center, along with strip commercial developments
in Scottsboro and Gunnerville AL.

Each is briefly described as follows:

Description of tracts and lots
Highview Properties by Trotters Place
Highview Properties include three parcels with a total of sixty one acres, all of which are adjacent and a few hundred feet from I-75, Exit 20 or totally fronting on I-75 in Cleveland, Tennessee.
The sites are 15miles from Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga. All of the tracts listed are complete with erosion controls.
Tract 1 - "A" contains 5ac. commercial lot, shown on map. It joins the other
four lots / parcels. It is elevated and served by two access roads, Highview Blvd.,
on the scenic east side, and a service road on its west boundary .
It provides an excellent view of the I-75, and south-Cleveland Developments, as well as the southern portion of the Appalachian Mountains some 30 miles away. It will accommodate almost any type of commercial developments.
Lot two or "B" is a one acre ground level site, facing totally on Pleasant Grove Road with its access driveway only about 300 feet from I-75 exit 20. It is prime for a fast food restaurant or convenience store.
The next site is "C". It is adjacent to "B" and also fronting totally on Pleasant Grove Road. This one acre site is slightly elevated with great access. This too is an excellent site for a business.
Lot "D" is a five acre site immediately west of "C" but it is lower than its eastern neighbor. This level tract has a 50 foot buffer strip along its west side. It is a good site for a commercial strip center, office complex, apartments or other such uses

The final site on parcel number one, is identified as "E", which contains almost two acres. This nice lot has good access which also serves the southern part of Lot "D". It also has a buffer strip along its west side. This one also can be used for many different types of commercial developments.
The second tract, labelled #2, is a 1.84 acre corner parcel located on
Winthrow and Pleasant Grove Road. This is a good commercial corner lot.
We are in the process of clearing and grading it to allow an 8000 to 10,000 sq.ft commercial structure. It will be complete with erosion control and utilities.
Our third tract, #3, is a forty-five acre fairly level site with a 2,500 foot frontage on I-75. It is ideal for an office development, institutions location, apartments, e-commerce fulfillment, a commercial center and many other such uses. It also has an existing detention pond
for erosion control.
